Return & Refund Policy

At ShopVerse Official, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item is significantly different from its description.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Items returned without original packaging.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed through a mutually agreed payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
